A single email cannot be used for multiple roles.<\/li><li>Intellectual Property: Logos, content, and software belong to PropQuest LLC (PR) or PropQuest EIRL (DR), depending on jurisdiction.<\/li><li>Data Protection: Processing of personal data complies with the Constitution of Puerto Rico, DACO regulations, and Law 172-13 in the Dominican Republic.<\/li><\/ol><h3>Website<\/h3><ul><li>Consultations: Fee of USD 20 in Puerto Rico and DOP in the Dominican Republic. Privacy Policy<\/h2><h3>Data Collected<\/h3><ul><li>Identification: name, email, phone.<\/li><li>Login credentials and logs.<\/li><li>Photos, geolocation, inspection notes, and metadata.<\/li><li>Cookies and website usage data.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Purpose of Use<\/h3><ul><li>To process bookings, inspections, and consultations.<\/li><li>For quality control and audits.<\/li><li>To comply with legal obligations.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Retention<\/h3><p>Data is retained for up to 5 years unless earlier deletion is requested, except when longer retention is required by law.<\/p><h3>User Rights<\/h3><p>Users have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data.
